About Me

Hello! My name is Sarah Griggs-Nardoni and I have been a NCAA Division 1 track and cross country coach since 2015. I currently coach at Utah State University and have experience coaching every distance from the 800 meters to the marathon. Although I have coached All-American's, you don't need to be elite to work with me. I coach beginners, recreational runners, trail runners, and ANYONE wanting to improve or achieve their personal best.

My Story

I wasn't always a distance runner myself. I started out as a sprinter and a hurdler on my middle and high school track teams. It wasn't until I got to college and missed having a sport to do that I got into distance running. I had some friends invite me to train for a half marathon and I thought they were crazy...but I felt even crazier because I did it with them! And ever since then, I have been hooked. I found my calling as a coach and haven't looked back. 

Vision

I want to help runners achieve their goals and dreams. Whether you are brand new to running and don't know where to begin or you are an experienced runner trying to take your running to the next level- I can help you get there
